Refund Policy
RETURNS
For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items may be returned for cash or credit within 14 days of receiving the package.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, packaged neatly and with the returns tag still attached.
Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original tags, wrappers and other accessories (dustbags, clothing covers, etc.) received in the package.
Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged and altered or used as a packing box for shipping.
If customers wish to return goods, please visit the return center and request your Returns Authorization Number (RAN).
The request will be taken care of by our operators and you will receive by email all the instructions for carrying out the return shipment.
The shipping costs associated with the return of the goods are charged to the customer.
REFUNDS
In the event that the customer requests a refund for the returned order, the refund is made upon receipt of the package and only after the quality control of the returned items.For orders paid for by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement.
The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, in each case it is about 20 working days.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (EURO).
Shipping costs are never refunded.
DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS
WTB assumes no responsibility for any problems with the workmanship of the shoe and the durability of the pair once used.
It is possible to make returns and exchanges of products only in new conditions.
Used products or products that do not comply with the policy within the "Terms and Conditions" section are not subject to return / return.
